Terms of use
By using Lancaster-Towing.com ("the site") or calling the number on it, you agree to these terms.
What the site does
Lancaster-Towing.com connects motorists with independent towing and roadside providers serving Lancaster and surrounding Antelope Valley communities. Providers set their own pricing, availability, arrival times and service terms. Calls and online requests made through the site go to those providers. Unless a provider is named on the site as the operator, Lancaster-Towing.com does not perform towing or roadside services itself.
No guarantee of availability, timing or price
Whether a provider can help, how long they will take and what they charge are decided by the provider. The site does not guarantee that a provider will be available, that one will arrive within any particular time, or any price. Agree on the price and arrival estimate directly with the provider before approving work.
Your agreement is with the provider
Any service agreement, payment, damage claim or dispute about a tow or roadside job is between you and the provider who performs it. Ask the provider for an itemized invoice.
Emergencies
The site and its request form are not an emergency service and are not monitored by 911, the California Highway Patrol or any police department. If anyone is hurt, a vehicle is on fire, or a vehicle is blocking traffic, call 911.
Information on the site
Guides and pages are general information about driving, towing and roadside situations in the Antelope Valley. They are not legal, insurance or mechanical advice, and laws, road conditions and agency procedures change. Check the linked official sources for the current rules.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false requests, someone else's contact details without their permission, or automated submissions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lancaster-Towing.com is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
